DAY 10: BEST TRIP IN MY LIFE (SO FAR: PENANG)

Assalamualaikum! 

Sorry for the late update. Im still really on my exam mood syndrome and im not sure if im okay yet. Moreover, i delay this more than a week i guess because i had to go back to my college for clearance. So, here am i continuing my 30 days blogging challenge which im not sure if this is fair but here we go? (It's my blog aint?)

DAY 10: BEST TRIP OF YOUR LIFE

This really will be the toughest (yet) post I would have to choose one over another because it's about travelling!!!!! Tbh, I really like travelling abroad other than in the country so i cant decide which is better. Moreover, it have been years also i didn't travel abroad (except last year to Indonesia but i still it's too close) sooooo, i guess i didnt talk about it yet i think since i was busy last year even though it was my midsem break. 

Okay my best trip was dedicated to last year's trip with my quadriot travellng buddies that i spent time with them in any 'criminal' act. These will be the moment i wont forget because even though i just knew them through my friends but they seems nice to me. maybe because the initial vibes my bestfriend put me into to avoid me for being awkward....

THE BEST TRIP WAS THE PENANG TRIP because it was full of experiences and it teaches a lot of things and most of all is to be patient with others and mostly myself because mostly i was always the emotional ones not to mention that i notice this for next trip i went with my mom.

The Penang trip was 4 days trip before i had my midsem break so you could tell i had to prepare my things because it will be so adventurous and tiring. I was the copilot for the whole time. Couldn't even count how many time i was being scolded but it didnt make me learn tbh. Moreover, i didnt even sleep or i can even because you just in case nobody were awake.

Day 1: Arrival

We tried to hit the road as quickly as possible after both of the other girls from another uni finish their class at around 11? So we had our lunch and we really start driving at 2 (because some of us left some things at college) Okay, we took the long way around the Penang bridge because the time we arrive with would be peak hour and we will be stuck in jam for hours. The tragedy here is that we almost round out of fuel!!!! Lucky, we did arrive in time at the fuel station. Tonight, we did 2 stops before going to our to our hotel. They were the Avatar Secret Garden (parking fee for RM5) and also our dinner place, Kedai makan Ekonomi Tomyam which was really cheap and tastes really good!

At the avatar secret garden, I was not really comfortable because there were some temples and Chinese praying idols which i avoid from looking. Plus it was almost late that time. There were also some ghost tree (lol) around that i dont which one but we just took a lot of picture around the garden by going to the side walk.

Oh before that, there was one more tragedy that day, which is our hotel booking got cancel xD that was really a last minute joke. We had decided the hotel earlier in a week? for the cheapest and the closest one to anywhere we will be going to. But well, not what we plan will be going to be as expected. We did a lot of praying but yeah, we just stayed at the hotel we arrivedd at for one day. 

Day 1: Penang Street & Penang Street

The next day, we left at 8. The first stop was the Roti Canai Gemas Road. I bet to you it was sooo overrated and it wasn't that good and it was also pricey.  Maybe the add on was expensive because it gave you a hella big chicken and the kuah was not really creamy. It's an indian curry and it's a little bit spicy.The area was really besides the road and we were sitting on the alley between the shops. 

Next in schedule was the Penang Hill. I can't remember how much is the ride on the hill cost but it worth differently on weekdays, weekend, and public holiday. Around RM12-ish? yeah and there was many place you could on top of this Bukit Bendera. There was also forest you go through, some bee farm and also some buggy ride you can hop to. You could also walk and spend your lovey dovey time around ;) Oh, we went through was a bee farm walk. It was on promotion (think so) So, we went and if you are going for a walk with a child, you can dress them up with some fairy tales costume hanging before entering in :))

Just about lunch time, we went back to George Town for prayer and also lunch. Since we were all student, we shared our food :3 We went to eat the Nasi Kandar Line Clear it was brilliant! Hahahaha Im not sure if the others ate enough but i want a little bit more butttt i can hold that xD 

It was almost afternoon and we start wondering at the Penang Street (not far from the area) at first, we didnt even we had arrive at the street because we cant really see so much painting. It was actually scattered and you really have to walk :D So yeah we spend our evening here buying some souvenirs, munching stuff and some ais kepal and etc. 

That's about it i guess? We went to a hotel early to get prepare for the next day which will be hugeeee day, D-Day lol

Day 2: Escape 

Couldnt describe how much i felt that day but it was a little bit disappointed unable to ride all the ride at the adventure park because it was raining and some had to close down because it's slippery. Most of them we had to queue for a long one before getting to ride because i remembered it was weekend and there were a lot of people. Unfortunately, the 1km slide didnt even open yet :o and we were really really disappointed but we didnt really expect so much from there. 

There were the adventure park and the water park. The adventure park was really an adventure xD you surely need to try all of them! and fyi, there are periods set where it will open up new section for some of the ride. While the water park, you really have to wear swimming suit attire from head to toe or not, you will not be able to play there. Search it up before going, there were some details you have to read!

The first ride that rains ._.

Before arriving at Escape, we ate Nasi Lemak near the beach :p

This was the most disappointed one. After queue for 1.30 hours, they decided to close the butterfly ride because there was something wrong with operation. Sadly :/

Afterward, we rushed to pray Asr and we also ride to another hotel for the last night, which is across the bridge that will be easier for us at the morning.  We manage to find a dining restaurant which was quite huge place like warehouse. The waiting time was not much satisfying but the food was good :)

That night, we spent eating some instant noodle lol and I watch a movie on my bestfriend's tab while everyday had fallen asleep. I tried not to disturb others huhuhu

Day 4: Ipoh

This was really in plan but while riding to go home, we stopped at a lot place. One was the Kedai Jeruk Pak Ali. I just followed the others but i didnt buy any because i dont eat them. Just make it out to buy some chips. Then, we really left for Shah Alam. We had our lunch near Ipoh. Believing it or not hohoho we even got our Hokkaido Ice Cream and some Bali Orange on the way! well, once in a life time huh? 

There was only a driver and we had to stop sometimes for a nap before going back because we were really tired from the day before. So, we safely arrive at night, Alhamdulillah. Soooooo that's about it. My best trip in life soooo far :D
