DAY 14: 3 HEALTHY HABITS

 DAY 14: 3 HEALTHY HABITS

 Looking at me, tbh. I dont really live a healthy life, seriously. If you live with me, i am not an idol to anyone lol.

But here i'll try to put on and inshaAllah i will try to practice for it again. One of the healthy things i did:

One: Eat honey with habbatusauda
Okay, soooo this routine i stopped for this RMO. Idk why maybe i was just too lazy to do anything except sleep (Ya Allah help me) so yeah, im really sure what this food helped you but all i know is this two food are really beneficial to you in a long term especially if you have some sensitive stomach or some hardcore period cycle? lol yeah my own theory so, you could try. it's not specifically for womens only. men can also eat them.

Two: Exercise
Please do not follow me in this because this is just my little own dreams and im not really pushing myself in this. You could tell im not a very healthy person even though you see me being skinny. So, yup my exercise always happen on the evening between 6-7 because those are the time when you cant really study. and yup, im trying to maintain a week doing exercise this time by just doing 10 simple workout (p.s. just google them and you will find it in youtube) and this is just an upgrade rather then just once a week or once a month xD that's realllyyy not improving anything for your system yall.

Three: Ignore what's not important for you
This is like so random but....i think i mean them because this side was just really for your mental health. To me, this is really hard but actually this is also a note to myself because i am really and obvious get affected really badly by someone's word or action that i could not sleep that night. But lately, im not sure if it's getting better but tbh, during this RMO im a little bit more sensitive maybe because i havent been socialising with people or communicate face with people. So, yup back to this habit. My tries really work and i hope you could try those because in your life, you have bigger things to think about. Not those small things.
