Short Vacay: Part 1

I would like to tell you my trip to Sabah for 4 days and 4 nights yeay! Short vacay
Although it had been a long time i went to Sabah but it was only six week before today. So, it is a retell i suppose. Anyways, so the set up date was 20th until 24th of December which i know many of you know it is before Christmas.

So let's start. After, my family waited for my dad to come home from Jubail, Saudi Arabia at our second home, the next day we spent time at IOI City Mall in Putrajaya. I'll tell you, I was too late to tell my twin sister that there was something better to do instead of skating because the moment i went in "District 21" I know it was more adventurous then getting your butt down on the icy floor. It was an adventurous park!

But sadly, I didnt get to go here. You dont want to see me running all alone myself  all over this without anyone to give a hand do you? am i making sense? I would definitely try this when i come back ;) Anyway so end up playing some games just outside the district 21 itself like the 6D future and kinda like a real helicopter where i ended up not killing any one of the enemy. it was really hard to adjust and get use to when the plane really felt like you are sitting on a real one. well, maybe i wasnt that much of a gamer lol.

that day after trying out eating at a restaurant "that when put on tv" called boat noodle which wasnt so bad for me, we stayed in a condo apartment that my dad had booked to stay. well it need not be something expensive because we just want to spend the night sleeping and just leave early in the morning. but he just did. anyway i finished the day eating the meal my mother had brought herself from home.

20th :
the very next day which was the 20th of December we started moving with our plans. we went to KLIA2 for the local flight. unfortunately, we were late for our flight. we got an overweight baggage and the assistant just wrote the wrong gate on our boarding pass and thank god we knew our gate to go to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Alhamdulillah at 1.30, before we landed on the ground , it was such a beautiful city if you see it up in the air. We got out of the plane and dashed to the car my dad had rented. The car was undeniably spaceful. It was white and all i know it was, was the Ford brand lol. So we checked in our hotel called the Hotel Sixty3. To remind you, once again felt like i was in Saudi Arabia when all the timing on the clock was all different with day and night. It was a little bit off from Semenanjung Malaysia we called it.

So, the sky was already dark at six. After, we prayed Maghrib and Isya (jamaa') we went to a restaurant near the sea and ate some seafood. without my little brother because he was not that into fishes that much.

21th :
We went for snorkeling in every island we can get into in Sabah! Mamutik Island, Sapi Island, and Manukan Island. We left not really early in the morning but i think we ended up making dad rented the whole boat for us + parasailing! Ya Allah Alhamdulillah I thank you for every moment i have spent with my dad. That was too much money to give up. i guess it was the last time travelling before dad... stop working. I learn to appreciate this trip because i might not get another one after this.

I suggest that the Sapi Island was the best among all because it is clean and there was a lot of coral on the left side of the island. Some of those fish bites. They bite my mom and dad xD  my mom was swimming cutely because she cant really swim, she hold on to someone like my dad or me or my sister. that ended up making me not moving even i tried to swim lol.

I didnt get my sunburn and im pretty grateful for that. i didnt apply any sunscreen though*phew.
tell you what the water was so pure and see-through that you could see how big is the fish just like you see it in the pond hoho.

after a swim in the first island which was the Sapi, i met my schoolmate which happen to be my bestfriend's boyfriend was going to next island as us. i didnt see that coming but hello schoolmate! haha. on the second island which was the manukan island, we arrived around 2 and there it was time to parasail! yes, you might not know what parasail is. well it is kind of like parachuting but it's guided by a boat that pulls you with a rope and were attached to you. ha there just simple but i hope im making sense.

anyways, after that, we went back to the island we were settling in. it wasn't that fun since the situation in the sea to see the coral was left with litters and tyres dumped in there. i guess no one was doing the clean up huh? well, it was kind of sad to see the bottles floating around. wish that i could just jumped in the water and help the fishes that were trapped in those plastic *lol

mumatik island was pretty too. except the limit to it was so confusing. oh, we should just swim around the yellow balls that's surrounding the place. outside of it was for the boats. much more safer inside :) that island was where i craved my name, my bestfriend name, and my boy best friend name in the sand. eh? haha well, i didnt get to take my name's picture. i did but when i looked back in the phone, it was shaking (damn)

the end of the day, we ate in the same place we went the day before but different restaurant. now i remembered it was called Philippines Market! they sell a lot of local food as well next to the street restaurants.  this round, there was squid, lobster, fish, and at least a greeny vegetable for reducing that cholesterol  xD

he's lonely. our brother was left in malaysia

First time to eat lobster! it was not so pricey here worth rm 18 ! but i couldnt finish it
